At the Centre for Inclusive Governance, Peace and Justice (CIGPJ), we believe that strong, inclusive leadership and participatory democracy are essential foundations for building peaceful and just societies. Our Leadership & Democracy program equips individuals, organizations, and institutions with the skills and knowledge to lead with integrity, advocate for positive change, and strengthen democratic governance.

Leadership & Advocacy Training

We provide leadership and advocacy training tailored for individuals and organizations committed to advancing peace, justice, and inclusion. Our programs are designed to:

  • Develop effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Strengthen advocacy strategies that influence policy and decision-making.
  • Foster dialogue and build collaborative partnerships across diverse groups.

Capacity Building & Technical Assistance

To ensure sustainable impact, we work closely with governments, civil society organizations, and community leaders by offering capacity building and technical assistance. These services aim to:

  • Enhance institutional and individual ability to implement inclusive policies and practices.
  • Equip stakeholders with practical tools for governance reform and peacebuilding.
  • Strengthen accountability, transparency, and citizen participation in democratic processes.
