This team has demonstrated great commitment towards nurturing strong partnerships and management functions by instilling confidence and trust among partners towards CIGPJ and initiating conversations for program partnership. Their role and effort in building public confidence and trust for CIGPJ have been outstanding. There was, however, reluctance in supporting CIGPJ resource mobilization efforts and strengthening long-term strategic partnerships. The Board of Directors could not spare time to appropriately support the management team in designing supportive management policies and strategic actions in response to challenging donor requirements and operation guidelines.
